QLD Rock Breakers product specialist Craig Einam spoke about how the ALLU material processing bucket has impressed customers.

In any quarry operation, maintaining a smooth material flow is essential for efficiency and uptime. The right equipment can make all the difference, and one innovation in material handling is the ALLU material processing bucket, which is an attachment that significantly reduces double-handling and streamlines operations.

A Smarter Way to Process Material

For quarry operators and contractors looking to streamline material processing, reduce costs and improve efficiency, the ALLU processing bucket stands out as one of the leading solution in a crowded market.

According to QLD Rock Breakers product specialist Craig Einam, “ALLU has created that niche with its cutting-edge technology in the buckets today, which puts them ahead of anything else.”

The ALLU M-Series is a powerful range of screener buckets designed to be mounted on excavators and loaders. These buckets help eliminate chute blockages, reduce the need for buffer storage and minimise material transportation of material heaps that are clogged due to moisture or contamination.

With faster work speeds and greater reach, operators can nearly double their processing capacity compared to using a slow-moving wheel loader.

Screen, process and load in one step

Instead of hauling material offsite for screening and bringing it back for reuse, the ALLU bucket allows operators to screen materials right at the source.

This innovative attachment transforms an excavator or loader into a high-capacity mobile screener, handling materials efficiently while separating unwanted impurities in the rock mass and loading the dump truck or conveyor system.

Cost savings and greater flexibility

“In mining, quarry, and construction industries, operators can now repurpose material onsite,” Einam said. “They don’t have to truck it off and truck it back or bring in fixed plant, which is expensive. They can process the material as needed, move on to the next site and significantly cut down on transport costs and dump fees.”

ALLU has distribution in over 30 countries. Image: ALLU

ALLU’s versatile design allows buckets to be transported between sites and easily attached to different machines.

The ALLU range includes models for excavators from 4 to 160 tonnes and wheel loaders up to 90 tonnes, making it one of the most adaptable solutions on the market.

Global Reach and local support

Manufactured in Finland, ALLU buckets are built for efficiency and durability, capable of handling everything from wet soils to coal and rock. With distribution in over 30 countries, ALLU products are readily available across Australia through an authorised dealership network that also provides maintenance and support.
