Onetrak is helping regional quarries, big and small, handle their crushing needs without interruption.

Australia is a big country, with states larger in size than many European countries, creating logistical challenges for regional quarries.

Many quarries are in rural areas and, as a result, face challenges with coverage and support. If a machine breaks down, work comes to a halt. In some cases, it can take days for spare parts and equipment to reach the site, slashing productivity.

Onetrak crushing business manager Heiner Guenzel said the company’s coverage is what sets it apart as a crushing and screening supplier.

“We have eight branches across the country, with two major supplies of stock,” he told Quarry. “Our very good coverage helps our customers reduce their downtime.”

“The products we provide are also reliable, simple, and suited for the Australian market.”

Onetrak’s range of crushing and screening equipment is built for maximum performance, efficiency, and reliability. The company offers mobile and fixed solutions of crushers and screens from brands like Striker and Anaconda, designed to tackle the toughest materials across mining, quarrying, and recycling applications.

In particular, the company’s Anaconda C12 mobile cone crusher, I12 mobile impact crusher, and Anaconda J12 jaw crushers have proven popular among Australian quarries.

The two machines are some of Onetrak’s best-selling crushers, providing quarries with flexibility and reliability on site.

Heiner said the company can provide the full range of crushing and screening equipment, whether for a large contractor or a small quarry.

“Whether you need jaw crushers, impact crushers, scalping screens, stackers, rock trommel, all material handlers including civil contractors materials handling attachments, tracked quarrying conveyor, cone crusher rentals, Onetrak has the right solution for your material processing needs,” he said.

A key part of ensuring the client gets the right equipment for the job is to know the application. Onetrak teams will often visit a site to look at the application in person to ensure they can choose the right machinery.

It can also call upon support from the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), if needed.

Heiner, a 30-year veteran in the crushing industry, said the company has very experienced personnel with a deep understanding of the equipment and its requirements.

“They know what to look for to help avoid any mistakes on site. It’s part of the package,” he said.

“We have our dedicated teams come out and train the customer’s staff on how to operate the equipment to get the best value for money.

“Our customers appreciate our service availability, quick reaction time, and the consultations that help them find the right tools for the job.”

Onetrak plans to continue targeting areas of growth, particularly in Queensland, where the construction industry is heating up.

The upcoming Olympic Games and reconstruction work following floods in the north of the state have led to a high demand for aggregate.

Heiner said the company is ready to support the industry with reliable crushers, while continuing to grow.

“We want to continue expanding our team, engage with new clients, and are looking to work with our OEM suppliers to get new crushers into the market,” he said.

“Our service and support sets us apart and makes the difference.” •
