Recently unveiled at Tri City Trucks, the five wheel loaders and two compact wheel loaders deploy a reward-facing engine design, which New Holland claims gives the machines ?perfect counterbalance? while allowing easier access for servicing.
The position of the engine, according to marketing manager Danilo Catalucci, reduces noise and vibration, creating a far more comfortable operating environment.
The wheel loader range also employs a ?cooling cube,? which keeps the engine at an acceptable temperature while assisting in balance.
To improve fuel efficiency and power, New Holland?s C-Series loaders use a Selective Catalytic Reduction technology and a 6.7-litre high pressure common rail engine.
Machines in the B-Series feature a closed-centre, load-sensing hydraulic system for fast cycle times and maximum breakout force on demand. Users can select from four work modes to suit the unit?s performance to the conditions.
The B-Series also uses outboard wet disc brakes, which the company says are ?maintenance free,? and improve traction and control.
In the compact wheel loader series, the machines feature a new boom design with one lift cylinder and one bucket cylinder, and are compatible with New Holland?s skid steer loader attachments.
While the line is new to Australia, New Holland insists that the machines have been tried and tested across the globe with ?proven performance results?.
?Every model we offer is designed for operator comfort, safety and productivity,? said New Holland marketing manager Wayne Munce. ?With wheel loaders now available, construction contractors can find a reliable New Holland product for almost any application.?
