The block pads are designed to be flow directional, so one pad overlaps the preceding pad to eliminate the ingress of fine material, and they are suitable for both dry and wet applications.
Large areas are easily and effectively covered, and high wear areas can be identified and repaired by installing self-indicating liners.
A very low level of skill is required to remove and replace a single pad for selective maintenance, ensuring increased plant availability. The pads’ modular nature also offers the lowest cost of ownership.
