Claiming to be strong, relocatable and thermally efficient, the company manufactures buildings that can be used as site offices, administration buildings, crib rooms, ablution units, toilet blocks, security huts and any custom requirements for the industry.
The company says the custom-designed building solutions, which are installed ready for immediate use, aren?t limited to ground-level structures, but can be up to three stories high.
Made using a skeleton of galvanised steel, the buildings can accommodate any level of insulation, soundproofing and double-layers of gyprocking.
They also come with all plumbing, electrics and fittings installed at the manufacturing stage, which allows the units to be plugged in and switched on at delivery.
Marathon says its units, which are fully compliant with Australian Standards, can be installed 30 per cent faster than a traditional construction ? and are ?considerably cheaper?.
Best of all, when a quarrying operation is done with the site, the buildings can simply be picked up and moved.
