Nominations for the Australian Bulk Handling Awards have been extended, giving individuals and organisations additional time to recognise and celebrate outstanding professionals and businesses making significant contributions across Australia’s bulk handling industry.
Originally scheduled to close on 26 June, nominations for the 2026 program will now be accepted until 15 July.
“Due to an overwhelming demand for extra submission time, we’ve extended the deadline to ensure more deserving individuals receive the recognition they deserve,” Prime Creative Media head of awards and conferences Caitlyn Douglas said.
The extension provides an important opportunity to recognise the businesses, individuals and organisations shaping the future of the bulk handling industry. From driving operational excellence and innovation to demonstrating outstanding leadership and a commitment to sustainability, the awards celebrate those making a significant contribution to a sector that plays a vital role in the economy yet often operates behind the scenes.
As Australia’s only awards program dedicated exclusively to the bulk handling sector, the awards shine a spotlight on the people, projects and technologies shaping the future of the industry.

- Bulk Handling Training & Development Award

- Supplier of the Year
- AW Roberts Award – Emerging Engineer (This category is not open for nomination).
This year, the prestigious awards presentation will take place at ONE23 Rooftop in Melbourne on 16 September, concluding the first day of the biennial Bulk Handling Expo.
