The 12V and 24V vibrator helps drivers ensure complete emptying of bulk materials, reducing the need for personnel to enter dump beds for manual cleanout. The unit delivers 4,000 vibration cycles per minute (VPM) with over 1,450 kilogrammes of force, while drawing just 85 amps from the 12V model and 62 amps from the 24V version.
The entire family is built with shielded, oversized, permanently-lubricated ball bearings. They are sealed against dirt, dust and water intrusion, while the small size and light weight of the high-speed, low-amperage electric motors contribute to easy installation and efficient operation.
