The QJ331 features a powerful CJ211 single toggle jaw from Sandvik and utilises the latest technology, including finite element techniques that minimise stress levels within the plant’s frame.
The 1100mm x 700mm jaw crusher is equipped with an overband magnet, natural fines conveyor and remote control as standard. The main conveyor can also be raised or lowered, making it the ideal solution for rebar clearance in recycling applications.
The unit is fitted with a jaw level sensor, a speed wheel on the main conveyor and an engine load control system, which allows the jaw crusher to monitor and regulate its own feed, resulting in a continuous and uninterrupted crushing process and, thus, higher productivity.
In addition, the QJ331 features a hydraulically adjustable closed side setting and a reverse crushing action that helps relieve blockages, and its heavy duty tracked chassis enables high mobility and a quick set-up time.
