The Cement Concrete & Aggregates Australia (CCAA) is set to become an association partner for MegaTrans 2026, strengthening the event’s connection with Australia’s heavy construction materials sector.

CCAA chief executive officer Michael Kilgariff said the partnership highlights MegaTrans as a key platform for industry collaboration and innovation.

“Our members rely on efficient, resilient, and well-planned transport networks to deliver the materials that underpin Australia’s infrastructure and construction pipeline,” Kilgariff said.

“MegaTrans provides a valuable opportunity for our industry to share insights, showcase innovation, and engage with industry and government on shared challenges.”

CCAA represents producers of cement, concrete, and aggregates nationwide, materials that underpin major transport, energy, water, housing, and defence infrastructure projects.

Sustainability remains a central focus for either organisation, with the partnership aligning CCAA’s goal of building a more sustainable constriction materials sector with MegaTrans’ theme of shaping ‘The Sustainable Supply Chain of the Future.’

Prime Creative Media general manager of events Siobhan Rocks said CCAA’s leadership in sustainability and innovation made it natural fit for the event.

“CCAA is shaping the future of Australia’s cement, concrete, and aggregates industries, pushing sustainability and innovation front and centre,” Rocks said.

“This partnership ensures MegaTrans 2026 will be the place to see the industry’s sustainable future in action.”

Through its involvement, CCAA aims to continue to influence regulatory, political, and market frameworks while reinforcing the industry’s license to operate. MegaTrans 2026 intends to provide a platform to showcase technologies and solutions designed to improve operational efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and support long-term industry growth.

Free attendee registrations for MegaTrans 2026 are now open.
