New and improved Metso Metrics hits the market

Featuring a cloud-based platform and digital data dashboards, this new Metso Metrics system is set to be a game changer.

Metso and Tutt Bryant unveiled a new and improved service that will help companies leave no stone unturned.

Through remote data monitoring, Metso Metrics gives companies access to critical insights on its fleet’s performance and maintenance needs, as well as recommended actions allowing faster troubleshooting, with access to expertise to help them to take further steps when needed.

The new digital solution is available for Metso mobile crushing and screening equipment.

Operating off a cloud-based platform for remote monitoring, the new program can provide dashboards and visualisation on production, utilisation and energy consumption to help customers make informed planning decisions.

This enables customers to perform advanced, real-time troubleshooting to help anticipate and manage change-outs in a cost efficient manner.

Customers will also be able to instantly access to Metso and its distribution partners’ expertise who can help with troubleshooting or analysing  a companies data, dashboards and visulisations to improve efficiency and meet business goals.
