Metso Outotec has launched Chamber Expert Service to help match customers with the crusher wear part best suited to their production targets and crushing processes.
The new service enables customers to select their optimal chamber geometry and crushing parameters when selecting parts from Metso Outotect’s online catalogue.
In aggregate processes, the optimal chamber geometry and crushing parameters improve process performance and reduce energy consumption and maintenance costs.
This results in an increase in saleable products and a longer wear part life cycle.
The Chamber Expert Service utilises Metso Outotec’s online wear part product catalogue and the Chamber Pro online simulation tool to select the optimal chamber geometry and crushing parameters that match the customer’s production targets and the specific crushing process.
This will help customers identify the best performing chamber to match their capacity and quality targets.
Selecting the correct crusher wear parts reduces the need to invest in any equipment and provides access to verified wear part lifetime, helping customers lower operational costs.
This will also enable customers to achieve improved process performance and lower energy consumption, bringing improved sustainability benefits.
“The service has been developed in response to customers’ increasing demand for continuous improvements in process performance,” Metso Outotec vice president, aggregates crusher wears Jarkko Leppänen said.

Likewise, Metso Outotec has expanded its O-series crusher wear parts to include protective wears.
Metso Outotec O-Series crusher wears are available for Metso Outotec’s stationary and mobile crushers in mining and aggregates industries.
The protective wears will include selection of wears for Nordberg HP Series, GP Series cone crushers and C-Series jaw crushers.
