Extracting ferrous metals with magnet range

As a dealer of mobile crushing, screening, recycling, and conveying equipment, it is little surprise that Tricon Equipment also has a range of conveyor magnets.

Conveyor magnets are a great addition to any material processing system to ensure producers either recover valuable metals or protect their equipment from damaging metals.

The ConveyorTek CORE magnets contain high strength strontium ferrite ceramic magnets to achieve high extraction rates from a stream of conveyed material. And they are designed to extract ferrous metals such as mild steel, carbon steel, cast and wrought iron.

These magnets can be used in a wide range of industries such as mining, quarrying, recycling, bulk materials handling, and many other general mineral processing applications.

The CORE conveyor magnets are available in either permanent suspended (manual cleaning) or self-cleaning overband types with a wide range of strengths and sizes to suit your application.
