CDE Global to host virtual trade event for the wet processing industry

Wet processing specialist CDE Global will be hosting a free, two-day virtual event about the materials wet processing industry on 14 and 15 October, 2020.

The international event will be hosted by CDE experts plus several guests and industry figures.

Educational presentations and panel discussions will be covered across multiple sectors.

For quarry operators, the event will focus on the benefits of wet processing compared to crushing methods, and how to increase profits through water and energy savings.

The event will also focus on manufactured sands and unlocking the values of quarry by-products.

CDE’s event will be hosted live with discussions facilitated across multiple rooms and stages that are aligned to international time zones. Interactive Q&As will also be included in each session along with networking chat rooms to provide further opportunities to network with industry experts.

CDE managing director Tony Convery said the virtual event offers a unique opportunity for the industry to connect.

“In these unique and challenging times there are many restrictions that have prevented CDE, our customers, and others in materials processing from coming together at industry events to discuss the prevalent issues of the day and latest technological advances,” he said.

“This is why we’re excited to announce our two-day Engineering Insights program as a way to bring insights to the industry and our customers, wherever they are based.

“Over the course of the two days we’ll be hosting live discussions in multiple languages and facilitated simultaneously across different time zones so we can engage with our customers and attendees in real time to look at challenges in the market, processing innovations and applications, and indeed the opportunities that lie ahead.”

Registration is free but some roundtable and seminar sessions have limited places. For more information, visit
