Supplier expands global footprint

Haver Australia, which will be based in Perth, covers all aspects of the screening process from particle analysis and screen media, to vibrating screens and processing technology, as well as screening services.
?We have the opportunity to service the region?s resource sector, as the Australian subsidiary was set-up to not only better service its existing customer base in the region but to extend its services offering to potential clients within the sector,? Haver Australia technical manager Dominik Vennewald explained.
{{image2-a:r-w:200}}?The facility we have established in Western Australia gives our customers direct local access to technology that will create better efficiencies in their operations, a wide range of readily available spare parts, as well as access to our technical experts.
?When it comes to processing, we have a range of innovative mineral processing machines for screening, washing and pelletising, which are customised to meet the clients? needs.?
Some of Haver?s core technologies include the F-Class vibrating screen, a solution for screening applications requiring minimal vibration during operation. The F-Class is designed for scalping and classifying of ores, minerals, stones, sand and gravel.
Consultative process
Haver Australia also offers the Pro-Deck. ?The Pro-Deck consultative approach is a five-step process we are offering clients to maximise their screening system,? Vennewald explained.
{{image3-a:l-w:200}}?The first step is our signature vibration analysis, with the second being the inspection of the vibrating screen to ensure the equipment is running well before we even get on to the screen media. This is then followed by a screen media audit,? he elaborated.
Once all the data has been collected and the critical sections within the screen determined, a recommendation for screen media modification is provided. Upon installation the results are measured and documented.
The process is continually repeated to maximise screening efficiency by ensuring the vibrating screen is running optimally and customers are not wasting time on unnecessary change-outs or money on screen sections that aren?t right for their process.
Haver Group?s quarrying and mining related customers worldwide include Vale and LaFarge.
