Quarry 2015 Guide to Mobile Crushers and Screens

As we usher in a brand new year, we introduce and welcome new suppliers of mobile equipment to this guide.

This year, the guide has around 200 listings of mobile crushers and screens from 20 suppliers to the Australian quarry market. Some of the brands featured throughout these pages are well known and specialised multinational icons in the international mobile crushers and screens market, eg Astec, Kleemann, McCloskey, Metso, Powerscreen, Sandvik and Terex. Other brands also boast impressive international credentials but are perhaps lesser known to the Australian market (eg Lippmann, GIPO, Tesab) or more renowned for earthmoving equipment (Hitachi) or drilling and rockbreaking equipment (Atlas Copco Powercrusher). There are also many Australian and New Zealand brands that are expanding into the market, eg Precisionscreen, Rocktec, Striker and Tutt Bryant.

Buyers should be mindful that some of the machines listed have multiple distributors within Australia. The Tesab range, for example, is distributed in New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia by Complete Equipment Solutions while H-E Parts CME handles orders in Queensland, Western Australia, the Northern Territory and Tasmania. Therefore, when making inquiries about mobile equipment, be sure to contact the right distributor in your state or territory!

As much as this guide strives to list as many suppliers as possible, please note that not all the suppliers of certain brands of mobile crushers and screens will be acknowledged or credited. This is either because some suppliers, although invited to do so, chose not to provide information or were omitted because of obsolete and inaccurate information.

If there is a supplier whom you would recommend for inclusion in the 2016 guide or indeed if you are a distributor yourself of mobile equipment who has not been featured, I strongly encourage you to forward me the relevant details. To be part of the 2016 guide or to provide feedback, please email me.

Finally, while I recommend you keep this guide close to your desks for easy reference, I also encourage you to use it when you are out of the office too. The beauty of technology today is that this guide is never too far from your fingertips. When you are on the road and need to refer to the guide, visit www.quarrymagazine.com and simply click on the link to this very publication on the home page to view an electronic version on your laptop, smartphone, iPad or tablet.

Good luck with your purchases in 2015!
