The scraper’s patented “slip-on” blades – which are available in polyurethane, hardened rubber or with tungsten carbide inserts – accommodate full differential wear across the belt face, increasing the scraper’s cleaning efficiency.
The blade design also makes maintenance easier. Many applications result in fine materials being lodged in the blade carrier, making the blades difficult to remove. However, the TS30’s unique blade means no tools are required for removal; they can simply be pulled off the buffer by hand. This improves servicing speed, keeping equipment downtime to a minimum.
