New model heavy duty mobile screen

The screen?s forward facing inclined modular configuration screenbox has a 6.1m x 1.83m (20? x 6?) top deck and a 5.5m x 1.83m (18? x 6?) bottom deck.
Depending on the working application of the machine, the working range angle of the screen box can be hydraulically adjusted by 14? to 18?.
The screenbox top deck can be fitted with screening media including punched plate, mesh, bofor bars and tines. The bottom deck can be fitted with mesh, punch plate or cascade fingers.
A key feature of the screen is the ability to hydraulically raise the screenbox 600mm at the discharge end to provide additional clearance for ease of media change as well as routine maintenance of the screenbox and fines transfer.
The hopper/feeder incorporates a raise and lower feature that enables the operator to select the working height position. This innovative feature allows the hopper/feeder to be set at the optimal working height for efficient transfer of material onto the screenbox.
The machine is powered by either a Tier 3/Stage 3A Caterpillar C6.6 151kW (202hp) or a Tier 4i Caterpillar C4.4 129kW (173hp) and is equipped with three hydraulically folding discharge conveyors.
The crawler tracks and optional radio remote control unit make on-site mobility easy and the self-contained plant can be hydraulically folded and ready for transport in less than 30 minutes.
The new model Terex Finlay 683 heavy duty mobile screen is being distributed by Finlay Screening & Crushing on the east coast and OPS Screening & Crushing Equipment on the west coast.
