The Precisionscreen Contractor 604 mobile screen is now available with an optional precoater adapter kit, which helps quarry operators prepare aggregate for use in road construction and asphalt applications.
The adapter kit incorporates a pump that washes the dust off aggregate before it is coated in bitumen in the precoat tumbler chute.
The removal of dust ensures optimal bitumen adhesion and coverage, resulting in more efficient use of the coating liquid.
The Contractor 604 can also be fitted with a spray bars for additional cleaning power.
