The heavy-duty jaw plates incorporate engineered curves along the jaw profile as well as larger teeth with the patented triple-crown profile.
This has been combined with high range 21 per cent and 24 per cent manganese alloys in order to significantly extend the jaw liner’s wear life beyond that of standard jaws.
The 24 per cent manganese alloy has also been developed for high-abrasion resistance, such as when crushing a high silica-content material.
