The 42-tonne Metso unit features an advanced gearbox as standard, ensuring an efficient crusher drive system with assisted start and brake, as well as a vibrating grizzly or pan feeder under the crusher.
An optimised hydraulic circuit with an independent fan and stand-by function gives up to 20 per cent lower fuel consumption and more power for the crusher. The stand-by function also helps reduce noise when idling.
A 24-volt hydraulic power pack carries out the crusher service rotation while new tools are provided to help change the blow bars and breaker plates.
Special attention is paid to service location access and trouble-free material flow.
