The CM400 is ideal for road base and aggregate production and is able to yield finer product with fewer crushing stages, lowering capital costs, waste and energy use.
The cone crusher is designed to suit hard rock applications as a secondary or tertiary crusher with a jaw or a screen, or to be direct fed by an excavator via the feeder belt.
Impact rollers located beneath the loading area help absorb loading shock and the belt feeder uses a hydraulic variable speed drive motor. The conveyor is also fitted with a metal detector to protect the cone from tramp metal.
The cone itself features dual-acting hydraulic tramp release cylinders, a large clearing stroke, a self-tightening helix on the upper section of the bowl liner, and self-tightening lock bolts on the mantle, and all crusher components include heavy-duty wear protection.
