The Mark 2’s new additions include a heavy-hitting 45kW motor pump that delivers 2400 litres per minute at 7 bar of pressure. This is mounted with the control centre and valve control systems which are all located on a steel skid mount base, making for straightforward installation.
The product’s unique feature is the robust design of its steel wash base, which has six heavy-duty “I” beams suspended over the full length of the wash bay and is designed for 12-tonne axle loads.
The Mark 2’s five wash booms – two on each side and one double-sided centre boom – provide inside washing of wheels, guards and underbody, while avoiding electronically sensitive and drive train areas, as well as eliminating drag-out onto public roads, ensuring EPA compliance.
