The tool is inserted into the cast holes, turned and a stabiliser bar attached. The bar will not allow the tool to separate from the liner when lifting chains, or slings become slack.
The principal aim is to eliminate the requirements for weld-on lifting lugs while meeting all safety requirements.
Both the jaw and cone liner-lifting tools are designed and certified to lift liners of up to four tonnes manufactured by Crushing Equipment and parent company Scaw Metals of South Africa.
The one tool can be used for all crusher sizes and designs.
