The QE441 is the largest heavy-duty scalper in Sandvik’s Premium range of scalping screens.
Said to be designed for the “serious aggregate producer”, it has a large crusher-style chassis that can accept highly robust in-feed material.
The QE441’s top and bottom deck screens feature scalping areas of 5.5m x 1.75m and 5m x 1.75m respectively.
The plant can be used both before and after a primary crusher, and can also be used as a stand-alone unit to deliver high production with clean separation. It also offers high stockpiling capability through its integrated hydraulic conveyors.
The machine can be adapted to cater to different applications through the use of various screening media, is fuel efficient with low operating costs, and is fully tracked for on-site mobility.
