Crawler tractor with hydrostatic driveline

The Liebherr PR 776’s fuel consumption is said to be significantly lower than the industry standard with similar pushing performance.

This is attributed to a combination of the new, “infinitely variable” hydrostatic travel drive feature and Liebherr’s engine management and power efficiency systems. This combination is said to optimise the machine’s processes to maintain a constant engine speed, maximising efficiency.

The 74-tonne machine is powered by a 565kW, 12-cylinder diesel engine, with a capacity of 18m3 using a semi-U blade and 22m3 using a U blade.

The PR 776’s intuitively designed multifunction joystick houses all operating and steering movements at the palm of the driver’s hand, maximising comfort.

The unit’s modern design also has added safety benefits, offering all-round visibility of its equipment and the surrounding area.
