US supplier?s trio of recycling solutions

The 4048 is a self-contained portable plant solution for the processing of ordinary and fractionated reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP and FRAP). It features a 1.2m by 3.6m (48? x 12?) vibrating grizzly feeder, a 4048 HS impactor, a 1.8m by 5.4m (6? x 18?) high frequency two-deck screen, and onboard conveyors.
The Inertia 5066 tracker primary HSI crusher is sized for top capacity performance. It features a 12m3 non-heaping hopper, a 1.5m by 5.4m (60? x 18?) variable speed drive vibrating grizzly feeder. Combined with a large 1066mm by 1625mm (42? x 64?) feed opening on the 5066 HS impactor, the feeder allows for the handling of oversized material while preventing bridging. The 13m by 0.9m (42? x 38?) discharge conveyor with motorised head pulley is rated at up to 1500 tph.
The electrically powered 620 Spec Maker is suitable for concrete and asphalt recycling and aggregate processing. It features a 1.8m by 6m (6? x 20?) double deck, inclined screen, with its own on-board fold-down feeding, transfer, side discharge, and stacking conveyors, and a 1219mm (48?) belt feeder, with hopper and grizzly. The Spec Maker can also be combined with another Inertia crushing plant to create a closed-circuit operation, without the need for additional transfer conveyors.
