Logic Controllers

The Micro810 is the first model in the Micro800 line. It is a smart relay replacer and a small PLC. There are a few different configurations of the part number but basically it is an 8 discrete in 4 discrete out unit with four analog input channels that can be swapped with discrete inputs. It has an optional LCD that can be used to programme the pre-configured relay type function blocks and an optional USB adapter for programming.
Plug-in modules are available on most of the Micro800 models that allow for an inexpensive expansion of additional input/output (I/O).
Other models of the Micro800 include the Micro830 that increases the I/O capacity of the controller, adds a serial port in addition to the USB programming port, and adds up to 3 axis of motion control capability. The Micro850 adds an Ethernet/IP port for programming and explicit messaging and adds expansion modules with denser I/O counts. The motion programming is done via PLC Open motion instructions.
The Micro800 family can be programmed with a free downloadable software package. The package includes IEC 61131 editors for ladder, function block, and structured text. The software includes user-defined function blocks and run-time editing.
The Micro810 and Micro830 controllers are available immediately. Additional plug-in capabilities for the controllers will be available later this year.
