At the heart of the QA451 is the triple-deck 508mm x 127mm Doublescreen system, which features two independent triple-deck screenboxes. Both feature independent drives and their amplitudes and combined screen angles can be adjusted to suit a range of quarry applications.
The QA451’s screenboxes also offer a high level of separation on a wide range of materials at very high production. Due to the Doublescreen design and its resulting efficiency, it is said the QA451 offers the effectiveness of two screenboxes or that of a much larger screen measuring 635mm x 127mm.
