The track-mounted GT200DF uses the Kodiak K200+ cone crusher and features all roller bearing construction for improved production and energy efficiency when compared to crushers with bushing construction.
It includes a new hydraulic chamber clearing function, which, by activating a manual valve, raises the crusher’s upper crushing chamber to allow rock to flow through the crushing chamber.
The unit’s one-piece cast steel base frame offers improved strength, and its crusher chamber is designed to crush a broad range of aggregate in feed sizes at various closed side settings utilising a standard liner configuration.
In addition, the GT200DF can be combined with other plant from Astec’s Global Track range to build the optimal system for individual operations.
