Dual-deck screen with flip-flow technology

The plant’s main feature is a two-deck, high performance waste recycling screen.

The top deck comprises five stepped, 3-D screening segments, formed from open surface panels that prevent waste from catching on the surface, thereby reducing downtime for clearance.

This also ensures long, thin pieces cannot pass through to the bottom layer, which reduces wear and tear on the bottom deck media.

A newly introduced flip-flow bottom deck uses rubber panels that move in a smooth wave motion, expanding and contracting to keep the material constantly in motion.

This breaks down sticky materials, such as clay and soil, making it possible to produce 0mm to 10mm fines with minimal contamination from non-inert material, such as wood and plastic.

Both deck panels are easily removable and can be replaced individually or together.
