Based on Sandvik’s proven Hydrocone, the CH540 and CH550 cone crushers combine a small footprint with high quality, cost-efficient aggregate production.
The CH500 series crushers are fitted as standard with Sandvik’s patented Control System. This enables each crusher to run at maximum performance levels while automatically adjusting to variations in feed conditions, pressure peaks and wear. A dump valve also ensures quick, safe tramp relief if something uncrushable enters the crusher.
The CH540 and CH550 are each powered by IE3-classified motors (the highest energy efficiency classification available). The efficient power transfer capability on each crusher also ensures that V-belts are precisely lined, prolonging their wear life by a factor of five.
Wear parts for the CH500 series have been customised for a longer lifetime per tonne produced. To maximise health and safety, the CH500 crusher range does not employ plastic backing compound to attach the manganese in the changing of wear parts.
