The BlueMac all metal separator from Skala Australasia is a track-mounted, self-propelled machine designed to separate ferrous and non-ferrous metals from feed material.
The machine, which can be paired with a crusher or a screen, consists of a vibratory pan feeder discharging onto a rare earth magnetic drum separator. This, in turn, discharges onto an eddy current separator.
Two conveyors discharge ferrous and non-ferrous material to the side of the machine and a third conveyor discharges the final screened product to the stockpile or for further processing.
