Water and dust resistant bearings

The components contain a nitrile rubber, three-lipped seal bonded to a pressed steel diaphragm that protects against environmental damage.

The barrier extends to the outer circumference of the shielded plate, ensuring the bearing lasts longer than the standard equivalent.

A galvanised steel plate construction ensures improved resistance to corrosion while the bearing’s design contributes to enhanced pressure resistance.

Extended lubrication intervals also keep maintenance costs down and machine productivity up.

A wide range is available and the bearings can be simply installed as a replacement for existing units.

They can be mounted on the shaft with a balled setscrew to provide improved resistance to loosening.
