Diesel-electric driven crusher

The Kleeman product is capable of processing 470 tonnes of material per hour, thanks to a 250kW electric motor used to power the plant.

A diesel-electric drive enables operators to lower operating costs and fuel burn similar to modular plant while having the added benefit of quicker logistical transportation and faster mobilisation and demobilisation times.

The unit’s continuous feed system (CFS) ensures that the crusher reaches its optimal filling height and produces a high quality end product. If the plant is operated in combination with a Kleemann primary crusher, the CFS also controls the material feed of the upstream crushing stage for optimal utilisation of the entire plant combination.

With the Mobicone MCO 11 Pro’s fully automatic gap setting, it is possible to make adjustments during operation. There is also the added option of hooking the unit up to an external power supply.

The crusher can be operated conveniently via a touch panel with status displays and fault locations shown on the screen in a transparent manner.
