The improved screen side wall design results in a stronger but lighter screen that requires less power. The new bolted screens include zero welds and are galvanised as standard, all of which serves to maximise plant life and plant availability while minimising the time required for maintenance.
The new ProGrade screen design also incorporates the patent-pending CDE U-Span cross-members technology, which is modular across the ProGrade range and eliminates the need for welding.
In addition to offering enhanced geometric consistency, the improved design facilitates increased space between screen decks, allowing for quick and easy access to replace screen media.
The new design system is available on the ProGrade P2-75, P3-75 and P2-108, and will be offered on the ProGrade P3-108 within the next few months.
