The high capacity jaw crusher incorporates a 1143mm x 686mm (45” x 27”) jaw, with both level and load sensors to ensure the most efficient material handling across applications, as well as a 4.5m x 2.4m (14’ x 7’) hopper with a 6.8m3 capacity.
The machine combines its robust single toggle jaw and high energy 1.5m x 3m (5’ x 10’) screenbox with a recirculating conveyor system to create a full crushing and screening system for maximum productivity and portability.
The J45 has a large gap between the crusher discharge and the main conveyor feed boot to eliminate bottlenecks and bridging, and its feeder is available with an independent pre-screen option.
Easy to move, the J45 crusher can be on-site and operational in a matter of minutes with folding hoppers and conveyors.
