The 2650 Vanguard jaw is a robust 14.5 tonnes and has a production capacity of around 256 tonnes per hour. The addition of the hydraulic relief makes the jaw a more rounded machine, especially in recycling applications where tramp iron events and reinforcing from concrete are common issues.
The jaw features twin hydraulic rams compared to the single ram models available from other suppliers. The twin rams assist with controlling torsion forces at the toggle and result in a straighter drive and fewer maintenance issues down the track.
The 2650 Vanguard can be installed in fixed quarry applications. It is also available on the FT2650 tracked jaw crusher for mobile applications.
