The Premiertrak 600, available from the Lincom Group, features a 1200mm x 820mm single toggle Terex jaw chamber with aggressive throw and hydraulic adjustment as well as a closed side setting range of 75mm to 200mm.
The high capacity jaw is capable of up to 600 tonnes per hour of output and uses a vibrating grizzly feeder with variable speed control.
The unit’s hopper is resistant to abrasion and features hydraulic struts and pins. Its steel-lined bypass chute is also wear-resistant with an adjustable five-position deflector plate to divert material to either the product or dirt conveyor.
The Premiertrak 600’s modular conveyor can be raised and lowered, and its tail section can be hydraulically lifted for ground and maximum under-crusher clearance with optional radio control for clearing blockages.
In addition, the jaw crusher’s engine speed and hydraulic system has been optimised to reduce losses and increase fuel efficiency.
