The FT400DF uses the K400+ cone crusher, which has already experienced much success in fixed applications across Australia. It can produce up to 625 tonnes per hour of aggregate with a maximum feed size of 318mm.
One of the main features of the unit is the Digsy control system, which monitors engine load, hydraulic pressures, cone hopper level, end delivery conveyor load and cone bowl float. The system self-regulates aggregate flow to maximise aggregate production and protect the plant from overload, allowing operators to run the unit at full production capacity with confidence.
