Protruding only 14mm from the mounting structure, the Micro Eraser is ideal for use on portable conveying equipment where tight clearance issues exist.
The Micro Eraser has a 152mm tall raptor blade (various durometers are available to suit specific applications) and is best suited to belts up to 1200mm wide and with head pulleys of 710mm diameter or less.
Despite its light weight, the Micro Eraser provides strong, uniform cleaning pressure due to its unique Perma-Torque internal central tensioner.
The Micro Eraser also utilises a single pin blade attachment, making the change-out procedure for replacement blades quick and simple. This reduces equipment downtime and avoids occupational health and safety hazards.
