The crusher’s hydraulically adjustable feed conveyor allows the machine to be operated with either the pre-screen system or by feeding directly into the cone. The pre-screen module has a 2440mm x 1520mm single-deck screen for removal or bypass of fines from the feed material.
Other features of the C-1550P include an integrated chute system that allows fines to either be discharged with an optional bypass conveyor or reintroduced onto the main product conveyor. Both methods can improve plant throughput capacity and product flexibility while also reducing liner wear.
