The CI531 and CI532 models are highly adaptable and can be configured as either primary or secondary crushers, with single stage crushing also a possibility.
The crushers feature two independent, hydraulically adjustable curtains that are said to be able to achieve the reduction ratios that competing models are only able to produce with three curtains.
The models have also been designed to allow for blockage removal without operator intervention inside the crusher and without the need to halt its operation. This is achieved through the use of an electrical hydraulic system, an internal compression plate and adjustment of the relevant curtain-setting cylinder/piston.
Further to this, the models are easy and safe to maintain as they incorporate a unique key safety interlock system that prevents accidental opening of the crusher.
The CI531 primary crusher has a maximum feed size of 1000mm and a tonnage throughput of 400 to 700 tonnes per hour (tph), whilst the CI532 secondary crusher offers a maximum feed size of 350mm and a throughput of 250 to 400 tph.
