CMIC 2014 early bird closes soon

Industry members have until 12:00am this Thursday, 12 June to take advantage of the early bird discount for the 2014 Construction Materials Industry Conference (CMIC), which offers a saving of $100. 
CMIC 2014 will be held from 3 to 6 September at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre and will focus on the theme of ?Building Productivity?. The conference program will include a combination of plenary sessions, panels and technical presentations, and will tackle the latest issues facing the industry. Industry leaders and experts will present on topics including the economic outlook for the industry, innovations, trends, ways to increase productivity, and much more.
The conference will kick off with a keynote presentation by Boral CEO and managing director Mike Kane, and Kane will later join Deloitte Access Economics partner Chris Richardson in a panel discussion on Australia?s productivity performance and the role of the construction materials sector.
The conference will be complemented by a new exhibition open day that will include interactive presentations from suppliers as well as an extensive social program, providing delegates with numerous opportunities to meet with suppliers, peers and customers while finding solutions for their businesses.
CMIC is a biennial event hosted by the IQA and Cement Concrete & Aggregates Australia.
