Screening plant a complement to crushing circuit

Its unique high energy oval stroke pattern generated by the triple-shaft vibrating mechanism makes it an ideal screening tool for mitigating material plugging or blinding of the screen openings.
The horizontal screening surface promotes the perfect material travel speed for maximum screening efficiency of up to three sized products. The closed circuit conveyor configuration was designed to match the FT6203CC with an array of KPI-JCI tracked crushing plants.
Thus the oversize (fourth product) can be fed into a closed circuit loop, minimising set-up and preventing material spillage. The unit is mounted on a self-powered Cummins 6.7 diesel engine single chassis.
The 1100mm wide screen feed conveyor ensures the unit can handle the feed of crushed product to the screen and return oversize material to a connected crusher if required.
The fines collection belt under the screen is 1800mm wide and ensures all fines are collected and delivered to a side discharge conveyor.
The remaining materials are collected via the screen discharge chute with blending capabilities. From the blending chute, materials are delivered to side discharge conveyors, which can be ordered with different discharge heights to suit customer applications.
All this is mounted on a tracked frame fitted with 500mm wide grouser blades. The unit can be driven at up to 1km/h.
Once in the field, the FT6203CC can be used either as an open circuit unit with a secondary crusher or as an open circuit unit delivering quality aggregates with flexibility.
