Introduced in response to customers, the replaceable belt cleaner tips have increased wear life in secondary cleaners by as much as 50 per cent, while cutting replacement time roughly in half.
The new tips are pinned in position and require no other tools to remove and replace, significantly reducing the risk of injury. These new replaceable tips deliver 719 hours of run time in primary cleaning applications, an increase of about five per cent.
Each reusable blade base is good for 10 to 12 tip change cycles before it must be replaced.
