Both McCloskey and Kleemann will be showcasing new features and product improvements to their crushing and screening line-ups at Bauma 2013.
Bauma is a major international trade fair for construction machinery, building material machines, mining machines, construction vehicles and construction equipment. The 30th show will be held in Munich, Germany from 15 to 21 April, 2013.
McCloskey has reserved two spaces at the show for the first time, creating indoor and outdoor venues for customers to come and see what?s on display at the McCloskey booth.
The additional space will allow McCloskey to showcase new features and product improvements to its line-up of crushers, screens, trommels and stackers. The company will exhibit a total of six products outdoors, including two screens, three crushers and a tracked stacking conveyor.
The screens include the S80 and R105, displaying the conventional fine material screen ?S range? and the scalping ?R range?. Both models boast the popular 2.5m transport width sales feature.
The crushers on display will include the bogie-ready J44 jaw crusher, the bogie-ready C38 cone and the bogie-ready I44R impact crusher that was introduced in 2012. The I44R combines crushing, screening and recirculating to provide seamless production.
The new bogie-ready feature on all three crushing models means customers can attach a bogie unit to each, eliminating the requirement for a trailer. One four-axle bogie unit, which will also be on display, is suitable for all three models. This means a customer can purchase the primary jaw and secondary cone and only require one bogie unit.
Rounding out the display will be a TS4065. This new improved model has an industry standard size one-metre wide belt that is 20 metres long. This unit also has the head and tail section hydraulic assist folding mechanism to shorten transport length and a standard high impact protected feed boot for heavy duty material applications.
NEW GENERATION JAWS
Kleemann will use Bauma as the site for the global premiere of its new generation mobile jaw crushers and its new Mobicat EVO mobile jaw crusher will be a star on the company?s stand.
Alongside the new Mobicat EVO will be five other mobile crusher plants, among them two from the Kleemann?s Quarry Line of products. The 130-tonne Mobicat MC 125 Z comprises a powerful primary crusher with an inlet opening of 1250mm x 1000mm and processes up to 600 tonnes per hour. The MCO 11 S is a mobile cone crusher that can be used as a secondary crusher for the second or third crushing
stage and has an integrated triple-deck screening unit. Its closed material cycle enables production of three defined final grains.
The Mobirex MR 130 ZS EVO mobile impact crusher was the star attraction on the stand at the last Bauma in 2010 and will feature again alongside its sister model in the MR 110.
Two completely redeveloped mobile jaw crushers – the MC 110 Z EVO and MC 110 R EVO – will be also be added to Kleemann?s Contractor Line of products for the show.
