Triple deck screen put to work in Burleigh

Procrush was looking to increase the production and integrity of its graded recycled aggregates

The Burleigh Heads facility salvages materials including concrete and asphalt which are processed through an impact crusher and then graded at rates of 350 tonnes per hour by Procrush’s new Mobiscreen MS 19 D.

{{image2-a:r}}The service and support offered by Tricon Mining Equipment and backed by Wirtgen Australia, together with the availability of the Kleeman machine, compelled Procrush to acquire the Mobiscreen MS 19 D.

Michael Tripolone of Tricon Mining Equipment, which has supplied equipment to Procrush previously, acknowledges that repeat business is the lifeblood of his industry and providing service that exceeds customer expectations is his goal.

Since taking delivery of the MS 19 D in April 2012, Procrush have been processing with the large 6m long x 1.5m wide triple deck screen and are able to select two, three or four product profiles.

Its finished product is in high demand for infrastructure projects and concrete industries in northern New South Wales and
southeast Queensland.
