The Yongsheng Aggregates Co Ltd and the Yongye Trading Co Ltd are located in Jianyu town, Yingyang district, in Henan province, central China. Henan province has traditionally been seen as an economic backwater, but recent developments have seen promising growth in the region. A foundation of this growth has been the area?s mineral wealth. This is of particular relevance to both companies as the locality surrounding the town of Jianyu is the main aggregates production base for development projects within Henan region?s capital Zhengzhou.
Both Yongsheng Aggregates and Yongye Trading have bases of operation within Jianyu – which supplies 80 per cent of aggregate requirements for various construction projects within Zhengzhou – with the two companies supplying 10 per cent of the aggregates requirements themselves. Due to Jianyu?s proximity to Zhengzhou (32km), the supply of aggregates is easily accomplished; the greater challenge is to match supply to demand. Following on from the reform of Chinese aggregates policy in 2010, it was decided to increase production capacity by adding two new production lines in 2011. The problem was that in order to satisfy the increasing demand, each of these aggregate production lines would need to meet the production requirement of 10,000 tonnes ?per day.
The company that was approached to supply equipment that could achieve such high rates of production was the Shanghai Jianshe Luqiao Machinery Co Ltd – Shanbao. The relationship between the three companies dates back to 2003 when a primary crushing line was established, based around the Shanbao PE 750mm x 1060mm jaw crusher.
After consultations with the Shanbao planning team, it was decided that the daily production rate could be met with:
- Two feeders (ZSW 600mm x 180mm).
- Two jaw crushers (PE 1200mm x 1500mm).
- 12 impact crushers (PF1315).
- 10 vibrating screens (2YK 3072).
- 2 vibrating screens (YK1545).
- 12 small feeders (GZG1003).
This array of products was installed by Shanbao personnel, who provided invaluable after market care and support.
The aggregate production lines in Jianyu have achieved impressive production figures while producing a consistent shape. Systems like these have enabled Shanbao to become the Chinese minerals market?s leading brand. Many large aggregate and cement companies now use Shanbao jaw crushers, cone crushers, vertical crushers, impact crushers, screens and feeders, accessories and aftermarket services.
