New 750 kW mining crushers from Sandvik

Promising increased production and performance, the CH890 has a throughput range of between 248 and 2100 tonnes per hour, with the CH895?s throughput being 200 to 1000 tonnes per hour.
?The features of the two new crushers include specialised geometries for more efficient crushing, higher engine power, greater structural strength, and proven technologies based on their predecessor models,? explained Sandvik Mining and Construction?s product line manager Marcus Benn. ?Our new specially designed, strength-optimised topshell and dedicated crushing chambers on the CH895 model make it ideal for tertiary crushing as well as pebble crushing in ore-crushing applications.
?Both units have more power and increased crushing force in order to increase productivity.?
Designed for durability and longevity in mining conditions, the new mainshaft is made from high-strength material and the bottomshell is intended for greater loads. Improvements have been made for safety and to minimise downtime. This includes a relocated external dump valve plus a new over-pressure system that keeps lubrication oil clean, thereby increasing time between services.
The crusher unit incorporates a hydraulically adjusted mainshaft and the patented Automatic Setting Registration (ASRi) control system. It facilitates online adjustment during full load.
Although the CH890 and CH895 have been designed for specific applications, they share the same platform for service, support and parts management.
