Crushtec is an established name in the supply and distribution of crushing,
screening and washing equipment to quarries and mines throughout Africa.
Des
Crawford, the CDE sales manager for Africa, said CDE was pleased to welcome
Pilot Crushtec to its distributor network ?as we seek to build on the early
success we have had in Africa to date?.
The
agreement follows the completion of the first CDE washing plant in South Africa
in 2010 with Natal Portland Cement (NPC) in KwaZulu-Natal. ?The presence of a
CDE installation in South Africa which has delivered significant efficiency
improvements for the customer will assist us greatly in securing further
business,? said Graham Kleinhans, a director of Pilot Crushtec.
?A series
of planned site visits will be arranged to the NPC site and will allow us to
demonstrate the performance of the CDE equipment to our customers.
?We see significant opportunities for the application
of CDE equipment both in the construction materials and mining sectors to allow
operators to enjoy increased efficiencies and produce higher quality products.?
The
distribution agreement will include the Evowash sand washing plant, Rotomax
logwashers and Aquacycle thickeners.
In
Australia, Perth-based 888 Crushing and Screening is the distributor of CDE
washing plant and equipment. Pilot Crushtec plant and equipment is distributed in
Australia by Finlay Screening & Crushing Systems, Queensland.
